Disconnections — If a call/chat disconnects within the first 30 seconds, no charge is applied.
Unsatisfactory service — If you are not satisfied, you can raise a complaint within 24 hours. Our team will review and process a partial or full refund.
2. Wallet Recharge Refunds
Unused wallet balance can be refunded to your original payment method
Refund requests must be made through our support team

3. Product Refunds
Products (gemstones, rudraksha, yantras) can be returned within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Refund will be credited to your wallet or original payment method

4. Puja Booking Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled puja receive a full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund
No refund after the puja has been performed
If a pandit cancels, full refund is processed automatically
